Description
A monovarietal oil only made with 100% Nocellara del Belice olives from the province of Trapani in Sicily. We freshly cold press our olives within hours of picking to obtain our premium extra virgin olive oil. It’s bottled immediately after the harvest in mid-October in a dark tin to keep it fresh longer. The oil has a rich flavor profile, with notes of artichokes, almonds, and a peppery finish. This Sicilian Olive Oil has received awards for quality that ranked it as the best olive oil in the world.
Partanna is situated in a unique microclimate in Southwest Sicily, where rich soil, Mediterranean sunshine, warm winds, and abundant rainfall create the ideal conditions for growing Castelvetrano olives. Castelvetranos are loved for their bright green color, fleshy pulp and nutty, buttery flavor. Savor their essence in every drop of Partanna olive oil.
