While in the shower, after shampooing, simply apply a half-dollar amount (or more if needed) into your palm and rub your hands together. Comb the mask into your hair with your fingers, beginning mid-shaft and pulling through the ends. Leave the mask on for five to seven minutes, or longer if desired, and rinse thoroughly.
