Description
Create a stylish photo booth backdrop with this Packed Party Rainbow Fringe & Pearlized Balloon Backdrop Kit. In this kit is a 4 by 6.5-foot plastic fringe backdrop, 20 pearlized 9-inch balloons, and 10 pearlized 7-inch balloons. Hang the fringe backdrop; then, inflate the balloons and pull balloon knots through the strip to create the balloon arch.
