    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: pollock (fish). Every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, however some may remain.
  • Keep frozen. Ready to Cook: Preparation Suggestions: Oven: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Remove frozen Pacific Sustainable Seafood Fish Sticks from all packaging and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake on one side for 7 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 7 minutes, or until fish sticks are crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Deep Fry: Heat oil to 370 degrees F. Cook fish stick for 3-4 minutes. Do not overload fryer. Remove from fryer and place on paper towel. Let sit 1 minute to cool. Serve with your choice of gluten-free dipping sauce and side dish.
