    Contains: cod (fish), egg. Every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, however some may remain.
  • Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Preparation Suggestions: Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions from all packaging and place on a non-oiled baking sheet. Bake on one side for 8 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 8 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Remove portions from the oven and let them cool slightly before eating. Convection Oven: If using a convection oven, place portions in the preheated oven at 425 degrees F for 14-15 minutes, turning after the first seven minutes. Deep Fry: Set deep fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and preheat. Once oil has reheat temperature, place Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions into oil for 4-5 minutes until batter is golden brown. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels, allowing fish to cool slightly before eating.
