  • Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: For Patties: Slice roll into 1/2 inch slices. (For easier slicing, roll may be placed in freezer for 10-15 minutes). Place sausage slices in cold skillet, turn heat to medium or 300 degrees F. Cook each side 6-7 minutes or until desired color is attained. For Crumbles: Place sausage in cold skillet on stove top. Cook on medium heat and break into desired piece size with a fork or spatula until meat is browned and thoroughly cooked. Approximately 10-15 minutes. Always cook this product to 160 degrees F prior to serving. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
