PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: Plug only into properly functioning wall outlets where device is ventilated. Do not use with extension cords or multi-plug adapters. Do not immerse in water. Never plug another appliance or cable in an outlet above the warmer device. Use only the product recommended refills in this device. Product must be handled/applied by an adult. See additional safety and UL information inside. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use in any room where you see flying insects. For household use only. 1 - Remove the protective peels on both sides of the refill. 2 - Insert the refill into the device base. 3-Plug the trap into a wall socket near common insect hangouts. The trap should be positioned UPRIGHT. When blue light is on, it starts to work. 4. Keep the trap plugged in 24/7. When full, unplug the trap and replace with a new refill. FOR BEST RESULTS: Place traps in areas with heavy flying insect activity and keep plugged in 24/7. Replace cartridge when it’s full of insects. Check refill often and dispose of it when the cartridge is full of insects. Replace refill every 14 days for best performance.
