Do not consume seasoning raw, see cooking instructions.- Prep Time: 10 min. Makes: 8 servings. What you need: 1 pkt (1.25 oz) A.1. Original Marinade Mix; 0.25 cup red wine vinegar or distilled white vinegar; 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tbsp water; 2 boneless beef sirloin steaks (2 lb) 0.75 inch thick. Make it. Mix all ingredients except steaks until blended. Pour over steaks in shallow dish, turn to evenly coat both sides of each steak. Refrigerate 30 min. To marinate. Heat grill to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade. Grill steaks 8 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F). Use your broiler. Marinate steaks as directed. Drain discard marinade. Heat broiler. Place steaks on rack of broiler pan. Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat. 8 min on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
