Keep Refrigerated. Contains Milk.- Microwave: Microwave Directions (1100W): Remove lid and pouches from cup. Crack egg into cup. Empty content of pouches into cup. Stir until blended. Microwave on high 45 sec. Stir. Microwave additional 45 sec. stir. You will need: 1 Large egg. Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Note: Microwave times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook eggs until completely firm (165 degrees F). If preparing with 2 large eggs or 2 egg whites, follow the above directions, except increase the second microwave time to 1 min. Do not leave microwave unattended. Do not reuse cup. Just add a fresh egg! A perfect combination of prepped ingredients to create a delicious scramble. All you need to do is add your own fresh egg! Keep refrigerated.
