Contains: milk.- You will need: 1 large egg. Microwave: Microwave Directions (1100W): Remove lid and pouches from cup. Crack egg into cup. Crack egg into cup. Empty content of pouches into cup. Stir until blended. Microwave on high 40 sec.; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec., stir. Note: Microwave times are based on an an 1100-watt oven. Cook eggs until completely firm (165 degrees F). If preparing with 2 large eggs or 2 eggs whites. Follow the above directions, except increase the second microwave time to 50 sec. Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Do not leave microwave unattended. Do not reuse cup. A perfect combination of prepped ingredients to create a delicious scramble all you need to do is add your own fresh egg! Keep refrigerated.
