    Allergens and safety warnings

    Pita Fold: Contains MILK, WHEAT.
    Gyro Slices: Contains SOY, WHEAT.
    Tzatziki Sauce: Contains MILK. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
  • Preparation Instructions: For best result thaw entire kit in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.

    Tzatziki Sauce: Remove lid from sauce. Stir fork until creamy. Store unused sauce in refrigerator. Do not heat.

    Pita Flatbread:
    Single Serving: Heat 1 pita flatbread in microwave for 15 seconds until warm and soft.
    Entire Package: Open bag and remove pita flatbread. Heat pita flatbread in the microwave for 30-45 seconds until warm and soft.
    Stove Top Cooking: Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetables oil in a frying pan or on a flat grill. Lightly brown both sides of the pita flatbread on a medium heat. Or place pita flatbread into a preheated 350 degrees oven for approximately 5 minutes.

    Gyro Slices:
    Single Serving: Place 5-6 thawed slices on a microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely with a paper towel. Heat on high for 30-40 seconds, serve immediately.
    Entire Package: Separate thawed slices into 4 stacks of a 4 on a microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely with a paper towel. Heat on high for 2 minutes or until hot, serve immediately.
    Stove Top Cooking: Preheat lightly oiled pan on stove top. Place thawed slices into a frying pan or skillet. Lightly brown both sides of slices on medium/high for approximately 15-20 seconds per side. Gyro slices are precooked. Do not overcook, serve immediately.

    Assembling Your Sandwich: Fold a warm pita flatbread in half. Place approximately 5-6 gyro slices in each pita. Garnish, if you wish, with slices of tomato and onion (not included). Top off generously with Opaa! Tzatziki sauce.
