  • You Will Need: 1 pkg. Old Bay Seafood Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag; 1 lb. shrimp, fresh or thawed. Shake shrimp (For peeled and deveined shrimp, add 2 tablespoons water to bag in step 1) and seasoning in steaming bag to coat evenly. Place bag in 2-quart microwavable dish. Arrange shrimp in single layer in bag. 2. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. 3. Microwave on high as directed on chart or just until shrimp turn pink. Remove from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Microwave ovens vary; cooling times are approximate. 32 to 40 count shrimp size: 3 to 3-1/2 minutes cook time. 26 to 32 count shrimp size: 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. 21 to 25 count shrimp size: 4 to 4-1/2 minutes.
