Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place desired number of crab cakes on oven safe tray and heat 24-30 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
