    Ingredients

    Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Ascrobate, Sodium Nitrite.
  • Keep Refrigerated. To Fry: Place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook over medium-low heat. Turn frequently until desired crispness. You will notice less shrinkage than with other brands. To Microwave: Place bacon slices side by side between layers of paper toweling on microwaveable plate. Cook on High for the following approximate times: 2 Slices - 2-2-1/2 min; 4 Slices - 4-4-1/2 min; 6 Slices 5-6 min.
