    This bag has microscopic holes to let the rice breathe. It is not waterproof. Please do not place on wet surfaces.
  • Cooking Directions: Combine 1 1/2 cups Nishiki Rice and 2 cups water in a medium sauce-pan. Let rice soak for 15 minutes before cooking. When ready. bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice. Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacture. Perfect for sushi rice. Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight. Cut on or above the dotted line.
