Produced in a facility that uses soy, peanuts, dairy and tree nuts.- Gently turn the sealed bag over a few times to insure a good mix of all ingredients. Mix 2 tbsp of cereal with 4-5 tbsp of milk or milk substitute; stir; wait 5 minutes for the Chia seeds to soak and enjoy a nutritiously unique breakfast cereal with a nutty seed flavor. Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
