Description
From Mother-in-Law's, this Original variety of kimchi hails from an authentic family recipe that's deeply rooted in Korean tradition. Its complex depth of flavor and balanced spice comes from the hand-cut strips of Napa cabbage that are cold-fermented. Use some kimchi as a topper for grilled cheese sandwiches, pizza or hot dogs for a crisp, crunchy kick. You can also cook with it in recipes like fried rice or stir fry. Also good to know: this raw kimchi helps support healthy digestion with its probiotic-rich fermented flavors.
