Contains soy, wheat, egg and milk ingredients.- Keep frozen until ready to prepare. In the Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen burgers on a baking sheet and bake for 13 - 14 minutes. In the skillet (recommended method): Thaw individual burgers by placing in microwave and heating on 50% power for 1 minute. Place thawed burgers in a non-stick skillet. Heat burgers oven Medium-Low heat for 6 - 7 minutes, turning as needed to promote even browning. In the Microwave: Arrange frozen burgers on a microwaveable plate. Microwave on High, turning over once, halfway through the cooking time. Microwaving more than 2 burgers at one time is not recommended. Microwave ovens may vary, times given are approximate. 1 Burger: 1 - 1-1/4 min. 2 Burgers: 2-1/4 - 2-1/2 min.
