Ingredients
Water, Soy Flour, Soy Protein Concentrate, Corn Oil, Yeast Extract, Cooked Onion and Carrot Juice Concentrate. Contains soy and wheat ingredients.- Heat thoroughly. Heating Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. In the Skillet (recommended method): 1) Preheat skillet over medium-high heat for one minute. 2) Add oil and frozen crumbles to skillet. 3) Heat for half of the time with a lid on skillet, stirring occasionally. 4) Remove lid. Heat at medium-low the other half of the time, stirring occasionally. See oil amounts and heating times below. Entire Bag: Oil Amount: 1 tablespoon; Time: 4 minutes. Half a Bag: Oild Amount: 1.2 tablespoon; Time: 2 minutes. 5) Product is hot. Carefully remove from skillet. 6) Cool briefly before serving. In the Microwave (Heating instructions developed using 1100 watt microwave): 1) Place frozen crumbles in a microwave safe bowl. 2) Add water and cover with a paper napkin. 3) Microwave on high setting, stirring often. See water amounts and heating times below. Entire Bag: Water Amount 1/3 of a cup; Microwave Times: 5 minutes. Half a Bag: Water Amount: 4 tablespoon; Microwave Times: 2 minutes 30 seconds. 4) Let stand 1 minute in microwave to complete heating. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
