To make seafood stock, use 1 part Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold to 20 parts hot water. Bring to a light simmer and stir until dissolved completely. If a stronger stock is desired, use less water or add additional Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold. Makes approximately 4 cups of seafood stock. Refrigerate after opening.
