  • Miso Glaze for Fish: 2.65 oz (75 g) per fillet. Fish Fillet (eg salmon, cod, tuna): 1 fillet (6 oz (170 g)). Preparation: For best results, marinate fish with Miso Glaze overnight. Microwave: Wrap marinated fish in a sheet of parchment paper and microwave on High for approximately 1-1/2 to 2 minutes (Use caution when unwrapping the fish as the steam released may be very hot. Adjusting cooking time to suit microwave wattage). Pan Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook marinated fish on medium high heat for approximately 1-2 minutes each side. Grill or BBQ: Place marinated fish on a hot grill and cook approximately 2-3 minutes each side. Oven: Broil or bake marinated fish in a 350 degrees F degree oven for approximately 7-10 minutes. Cooking Option: Use Miso Glaze as a sauce. Cook non-marinated fish and dress with Miso Glaze. Adjust the amount of miso or cooking time as desired. Refrigerate after opening. Shake well before opening.
