Description
Our Chicken Piccata is a family favorite. We use the best ingredients - whole breast chicken, pounded thinly (scaloppini-style), and cooked to perfection. We create a distinctive butter sauce with artichokes, diced tomatoes and capers with a touch of lemon juice and always fresh garlic. Mom wouldn't have it any other way. Enjoy over your favorite pasta or rice!
