Keep refrigerated. Do not freeze. Do not eat this product raw.
To avoid injury, always use a spatula to flip tortillas while cooking.- Stovetop:
Allow raw tortillas to reach room temperature. Carefully separate them by sliding fingers between the tortillas. Do not pull tortillas apart from edges. Preheat a skillet or griddle to 450°F – 500°F. Place tortilla on skillet and heat on one side for 40 seconds. Then turn the tortilla to the other side for another 30 seconds — tortilla will start developing small bubbles. Turn tortilla to the first side for another 20 seconds to finish cooking completely. Pat tortilla lightly to help it puff.
