    Ingredients

    Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Gluten, Metamyosyn HPP Protein Blend (Whey Protein Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Isolate, Dried Egg White, L-Glutamine), Leavening (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Corn Starch, Flaxseed, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Soy Lecithin.

    Contains milk, egg, wheat, and soy ingredients. Tamper Resistant: Do not use product if pull ring under cap is damaged, broken or missing.
  • Preparation Instructions: 1. Blend 2 scoops (57 g) (makes about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup water together using a wire whisk. For 3 scoops (86 g) (makes about 4 pancakes) mix with 1/2 cup of water. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! 2. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300 degrees F griddle. 3. Cook pancakes 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once. 5 to 7 4-Inch Pancakes: 4 scoops mix, 2/3 cup water; 12 to 14 4-inch pancakes: 8 scoops mix, 1-1/3 cup water; 18 to 21 4-inch pancakes: 12 scoops mix, 2 cups water. Additional Pancake Suggestions (mix into batter): 1/2 cup strawberries (23 calories (approximate values), 6 carbohydrates (grams)(approximate values)); 1/2 cup blueberries (42 calories, 11 carbohydrates); 1/2 cup raspberries (32 calories, 7 carbohydrates); 1/2 banana (53 calories, 13 carbohydrates); 1/2 apple - sliced (sprinkle with cinnamon) (55 calories, 15 carbohydrates); 1/2 ounce walnuts (88 calories, 1 carbohydrate (8 g fat)); 1 teaspoon Met-Rx L-Glutamine Powder (6 grams) (20 calories, 0 carbohydrates).
