    Beef Ribeye, Roast Mushroom and Onion Grilling Fajita Mix (Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic (Garlic, Water, Phosphoric Acid), Parsley), Scampi Butter Dollop (Butter (Cream (MILK), Salt), Lemon Juice, Chablis Wine, Garlic, Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Shallots, Black Pepper, Lemon Powder, Parsley, Corn Starch, Basil, Oregano), Raider Red Steak Seasoning (Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Spice And Color, Spice Extractives (Color)).

  • Grill:
    Heat closed grill to 450°F. Remove steak from pan and place over direct heat. Evenly disperse vegetables in pan and add pan to grill over indirect heat. Close lid and grill for 4 - 5 minutes. Flip steak, stir vegetables and rotate pan. Grill covered for an additional 4 - 5 minutes. Cook steak to internal temperature of 145°F and until vegetables are tender.

    CHEF'S TIP: Deglaze the mushrooms and onions with a splash of your favorite beer, wine or broth.
