    Ingredients

    Beef, Texas Prime Seasoning (Spices, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Sugar, Dehydrated Chives).
  • 1. Heat oven to 325oF. 2. Remove plastic Wrap from the Oven Ready Tray. 3. Place the Oven Ready Tray directly on center rack in oven. 4. Roast for 22-26 min/lb (3 hours and 18 minutes to 3 hours and 54 minutes) or until the internal temperature reaches 130-135oF for Medium rare Doneness. 5. Let stand 15 minutes; serve.
