  • Oven: Heat oven to 400°F. Bake 15 - 16 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F internal. Turn halfway through total cook time.

    Air Fryer: Remove film from metal pan. Set air fryer to 350°F. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes* or until internal seafood temperature reaches 165°F.
