  • 1. Open steaming bag. 2. Open seasoning mix. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seafood Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag; 2/3 cup cold water; 1 lb fish fillets, fresh or thawed (about 1/2-inch thick) (For salmon or thicker fish fillets, cut fish into 4 serving-size pieces and increase water to 3/4 cup). 1. Mix seasoning and water with whisk until well blended. Place opened steaming bag in 2-quart microwaveable dish. Arrange fish in single layer in bag. 2. Pour seasoning mixture over fish in bag to coat evenly. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. 3. Microwave on High 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Remove fish; stir sauce before serving. Microwave ovens vary; cooking times are approximate.
