You'll Need:
1 pkg. McCormick® Slow Cooker Sauce Pot Roast with Caramelized Onion & Cracked Black Pepper
3 lbs. Boneless chuck roast, trimmed
4 cups cut-up vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and onion
Directions:
1. PLACE roast and vegetables in slow cooker.
2. STIR in Sauce. Mix to coat well. Cover.
3. COOK 8 hours on LOW or 4 to 5 hours on high. Stir before serving.
For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
Simple Twist
Beef Brisket & Onion Sandwiches: Place 1 beef brisket (about 3 lbs.), trimmed, in slow cooker. Top with 1 large onion, thinly sliced. Serve sliced brisket on gluten-free bread or rolls, topped with onions.
