0- Guacamole: Total Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 cups. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning mMix; 2 ripe avocados, peeles, pitted and mashed (about 2 cups). Directions: 1. Stir seasoning mix and mashed avocados in medium bowl until well blended. Cover surface with plastic wrap. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Note: Best when used within 2 to 3 hours. Kitchen Tips: Garnish as desired with chopped tomato, fresh cilantro or onion. Serve with tortilla chips. Black Bean & Corn Guacamole: Stir 1 can (8-3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained, 1 cup each canned black beans, drained and rinsed, and chopped tomato into prepared guacamole.
