  • All it takes is flame & flavor. 1/4 Cup oil. 1/4 Cup water. 1 tbsp White or balsamic vinegar. 2 lbs Chicken, pork or seafood (Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes). 1. Whisk together Marinade Mix oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Grilling Tip: Citrus Herb Marinade: Whisk together Mix, 1/4 cup each orange juice and oil and 1 tbsp. lemon juice. Continue as directed.
