    Corn Maltodextrin, Spices (Including Chili Pepper, Oregano, Cumin), Onion, Salt, Garlic, Corn Syrup Solids, Natural Flavor, Caramel Color, Lime Juice, and Modified Corn Starch.
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings. You Will Need (Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free.) 1 pkg. McCormick Gluten-Free Seasoning Mix. 2 tbsp. oil, divided.1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips. 1 medium onion, cut into thin strips 1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips. 1/4 cup water. 8 gluten-free tortillas (6-inch), warmed. Assorted Toppings: shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole or chopped tomatoes. Directions 1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp. oil. Add onion and bell pepper, cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes. Return meat to skillet. 2. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until meat is cooked through. 3. Spoon into gluten-free tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Try This Twist! Gluten Free Fajita Salad: Prepare Fajita filling as directed. Spoon over 1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped Romaine lettuce on serving platter. Top with assorted toppings, such as shredded cheese, corn, chopped tomatoes, avocado or cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and ranch dressing. Makes 8 servings.
