    Ingredients

    Corn Starch, Corn Maltodextrin, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Protein, Onion, Modified Palm Oil, Sugar, Caramel Color, Potassium Chloride, Yeast Extract, Corn Syrup Solids, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), Garlic, Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Disodium Inosinate and Guanylate (Flavor Enhancers), Natural Flavor, and Spices (Including White Pepper, Celery Seed).
  • Total Time: 5 minutes, makes 1 cup. You will need: (Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free) 1 pkg. Mccormick gluten-free gravy mix. 1 cup water. Stovetop Directions: 1. Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. (Gravy thickens upon standing). Microwave Directions: 1. Stir water into Gravy Mix in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl. 2. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate. Kitchen Tips: Serve over beef or mashed potatoes. Herbed Mushroom Brown Gray: Melt 1 tbsp. butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Add 1 cup chopped mushrooms and 1/4 tsp McCormick thyme leaves; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in water and gravy mix and continue to cook as directed.
