    Salt, Onion, Corn Starch, Spices, (Including Paprika, Black Pepper, Thyme), Sugar, Tomato, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Caramel Color, Whey (Milk), Corn Maltodextrin, Natural Flavor, Yeast Extract, Xanthan Gum, and Beef Extract.
  • Preparation Instructions: Total Time: 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. You Will Need (Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free): 1 pkg McCormick Gluten-Free Seasoning Mix; 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes; 3 tbsp gluten-free flour; 2 tbsp oil; 3 cups water; 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. 1. Coat beef with gluten-free flour. Heat oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat. Add beef; cook until browned on all sides. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. 3. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
