Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking Instructions: Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place turkey breast in baking dish and bake for 60 to 75 minutes, turning once, until a meat thermometer, not touching bone when inserted, registers at least 165 degrees F in the deepest part of the turkey breast. Grill: Preheat grill between medium and high heat where grill grates are about 500 degrees F to 700 degrees F. Place turkey breast on grill so they do not touch. Close grill cover and grill for 60 to 75 minutes, turning every 10 to 15 minutes, until a meat thermometer, not touching bone when inserted, registers at least 165 degrees F in the deepest part of the turkey breast. Previously handle frozen for your convenience. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
