Raised by a single family ranch in Iowa from imported Japanese Wagyu Tajima and Tottori stock. Breeding and feeding programs are overseen for quality by Mr. Shogo Takeda of Hokkaido, Japan, who has over 40 years of Wagyu cattle breeding and feeding experience in Japan
