  • You will Need: 3 pork cutlets (boneless), 7 oz of fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 cup heavy cream. 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Clean and slice 7 oz of fresh mushrooms. Put 2 tbsp vegetable oil into frying pan. Briefly saute the mushrooms until heated through. 2. Add 1 cup heavy cream. Mix in the contents of 1 pouch Maggi Hunter's Schnitzel Mix and bring to a boil. 3. Wash and pat dry 3 pork cutlets and place them side by side in a roasting pan. Pour the sauce over the cutlets and bake for about 30 minutes. Tip: Turkey or veal cutlets can be used in place of pork cutlets. 1 jar (7 oz) of well drained mushrooms can be used in place of fresh mushrooms.
