Contains: soy.- Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Microwave: 1. Place pouch seam side up on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on high for 5-1/2 to 6-1/2 minutes. Oven (Do not use toaster oven): 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place pouch seam side up on baking sheet. 2. Bake in center of oven for 32-34 minutes. 3. Let pouch rest for 60 seconds to lock in flavors. 4. Cut along top edge of pouch and gently slide meal onto plate. Be careful, escaping steam is extremely hot. Microwaves and ovens vary, adjust cooking time if necessary. Food must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before eating.
