About Loving Libbie
Since 2006, the Loving Libbie Memorial Foundation has been providing comfort food to kids who have cancer or other life-threatening illnesses. This nonprofit — founded by Becky Nichols and her husband John a few years after their daughter passed away in 2004 — is dedicated to providing delicious and heartwarming food to children fighting cancer. Becky's daughter, Libbie, loved macaroni and cheese. She was born with leukemia and often struggled to eat. A creamy bowl of cheesy pasta or chicken and dumplings was the only thing Libbie could stomach during her many medical appointments and hospitalizations. After Libbie's passing, Becky vowed to spend her life comforting others. All Loving Libbie proceeds help keep Libbie's products well-stocked in Texas pediatric cancer clinics and hospitals. H-E-B is proud to partner with the Loving Libbie Memorial Foundation, offering delicious food to customers and furthering their mission to comfort through food.

Keep frozen. Do not thaw before cooking.- Microwave:
Remove tray from cardboard box. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 2-½ minutes. Remove from microwave, carefully remove plastic film and stir. Return to microwave and heat for an additional 30 seconds or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Caution: Product will be hot. Let stand for 3 - 5 minutes. Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustment to reach 165°F. Cook thoroughly.
