  • Quick and easy. Melt butter. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly brush chicken, fish or pork with melted butter or margarine. 2. Coat meat with chicken & fish bake. Shake off excess. 3. Bake in lightly greased or foil-lined baking pan for 30 minutes (for bone-in chicken bake for 45 minutes). Coats approximately 2-3 pounds of chicken, fish or pork.
