    Ingredients

    Idaho Potatoes, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (to Promote Color Retention), Dextrose.
  • Cooking Directions: For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions. Stove Top Skillet: 1. Heat 14 cup cooking oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. Add half bag of potatoes to skillet. 3. Cook 5 minutes. Turn potatoes and cook additional 5 minutes to a light golden color. Griddle: 1. Heat 1/4 cup cooking oil on an electric griddle at 375 degrees F. 2. Add half bag of potatoes to griddle. 3. Cook 7 minutes. Turn and cover potatoes. Continue cooking 7 minutes or to a light golden color. Note: Frozen food may develop ice crystals causing hot oil to spotter. Please add potatoes carefully.
