  • What You Need: Muffins: 3 eggs; 1/4 coconut oil; 1/2 c water; 1 tsp vanilla extract. Makes 12 muffins. Bread: 3 eggs; 3 t coconut oil; 1/4 c water; 1 tsp vanilla extract. Makes 1 loaf. Baking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease your muffin tin or loaf pan. Set aside. 2. Beat eggs, oil, water, and vanilla until combined. Add mix. Stir until combined. Pour into tin or pan (Do not consume raw). 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 mins for muffins, 30-35 mins for bread, or until golden brown. Store in a cool, dry place.
