    Ingredients

    Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin), Water, Shortening (Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Beef Tallow BHA); Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Salt, Baking Powder (Corn Starch, Bicarbonate of Soda, Acid Phosphate of Calcium).

    Allergens and safety warnings

    To avoid injury, always use a spatula to turn tortillas! Package contains special freshness packet. Do not eat!
  • Preparation Instructions: Allow tortillas to come to room temperature then place in an iron skillet on medium heat or on a n electric griddle at 400 F. cook each tortilla for 1 minute on each side then turn to the other side for 1/2 a minute. Cooking Tips: If the tortilla does not puff up, increase heat slightly and if it has burned spots, decrease heat slightly. For a softer tortilla cook on one side for 1/2 minute then turn back on the first side for 1/2 minute. Alternative Cooking Method: Cook in toaster oven at 450 degrees for 2 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
