(1) Heat oven to 375 degrees F: Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease loaf pan or standard muffin pan. (2) Stir with a spoon: Stir together beer bread mix and beer until well blended. Spread dough into loaf pan or fill muffin cups to make rolls. Pour melted butter over dough. (3) Bake until golden: Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Store cooled rolls in tightly covered container. Yield: 8x4 or 9x5 - inch Loaf pan; Temperature: 375 degrees F; Bake time: 45-50 minutes. Yield: 12 rolls (standard muffin pan); Temperature: 375 degrees F; Bake time: 24-26 minutes. High altitude (over 5,000 feet): No adjustment necessary.
