Contains: wheat, milk and eggs. Made on equipment that makes products containing soy and coconut.- Before You Begin: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners, or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Loosen dry mix by shaking container sideways for 15 seconds. Add 1/2 cup water (Note: Once the water has been added to the mix, the leavening will be activated. For best quality, use batter immediately. Discard any unused batter) and replace lid securely. Turn over and shake vigorously for 60 seconds. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake 14-17 minutes or until light golden brown. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes and remove to wire rack. Makes 6 muffins. High Altitude (Over 5,000 Feet): Add 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour and an additional 1 tablespoon water. Bake as directed.
