Contains: milk, wheat.- Ready in about 20 minutes. Top of Stove: You Will Need: 2 tbsp. margarine; 1-1/2 cups water; 1/4 cup milk. Melt 2 tbsp. margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add seasoned potatoes; cook 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Add 1-1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup milk; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 8 to 10 min. or until liquids are absorbed. Increase heat to high. Spread potatoes to form even layer in skillet; press down lightly with back of spatula. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Cheese with Velveeta cheese sauce. Stir in cheese sauce. Makes 5 servings.
