Contains: milk, wheat.- You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef; 1-3/4 cups water, divided. Ready in less than 40 minutes. Make It: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Create the Beef Filling: Brown 1 lb lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add 1-1/4 cups water, vegetables and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring frequently. Prepare the Cornbread Topping: Add remaining 1/2 cup water to cornbread mix in bowl; stir until blended. Assemble the Casserole: Spoon beef filling into 2-qt casserole. Spread cheese sauce over beef filling. Cover with cornbread topping. Bake 17 to 19 min. or until beef filling is heated through and cornbread topping is golden brown. Makes 4-1/2 servings. Caution: Casserole and contents will be hot. Customize it! For a spicier kick, reduce water to 3/4 cup when preparing the beef filling. Stir 1 drained 10 oz. can diced tomatoes & green chilies into beef filling before spooning into casserole.
