Contains: milk, wheat.- You Will Need: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces; 2 cups 2% milk, divided. Ready in less than 40 minutes. Make It: Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Create the Chicken Filling: Brown 1 lb chicken breast pieces in large skillet; Cook until done. (Minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F when tested with meat thermometer.) Add 1-1/4 cups milk, vegetables and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min, stirring frequently. Prepare the Biscuit Topping: Add remaining 3/4 cup milk to Biscuit Mix in bowl; stir until blended. Assemble the Casserole: Spoon Chicken filling into 2-qt casserole. Spread cheese sauce over chicken filling. Cover with biscuit topping. Bake 16 to 18 min or until chicken filling is heated through and biscuit topping is golden brown. Makes 4-1/2 servings. Caution: Casserole and contents will be hot. Customize it! Stir 1/2 cup frozen corn into chicken filling before spooning into casserole.
