What You Need: 4 cups shredded cooked chicken (about 1-1/2 lb boneless chicken, cooked); 12 corn tortillas (6 inch); 1 cup Kraft Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese. What's Included: Creamy Ranchero Filling Sauce; Tomatillo Finishing Sauce. Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Combine chicken and Filling Sauce. Step 2: Stack tortillas; wrap in damp paper towel. Microwave on high 30 seconds to 1 minute or until warmed. Pour half the Finishing Sauce into prepared baking dish. Step 3: Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in prepared baking dish. Step 4: Cover with remaining Finishing Sauce and cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through (Minimum internal temperature for chicken 165 degrees F.). Tip: Use cooked rotisserie chicken, shred with 2 forks; sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Refrigerate unused portion. Shake well.
