Keep refrigerated.- Tenderize each side of steaks two times with a Jaccard seasoning. Baste or marinate steaks for 12 - 24 hours in an acidic marinade in the refrigerator. Place steaks about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook for 9 - 10 minutes per side to an internal temperature of 135°F. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing across the grain.
